Position: Onsite Coordinator
Reports To: Strategic Program Manager
Salary: $50,000 - $62,000 + Bonus
Location: Fremont, Ca
Position Summary: Eastridge Workforce Solutions is looking to hire an Onsite Coordinator for our client in the Fremont, Ca area. The ideal candidate will be a success driven self-starter, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. This position requires someone who has the ability to build strong relationships with all levels of employees.
Responsibilities
- Manage all placement-related activities and office operations, including proper scheduling of new starts and working with site leadership to ensure proactive scheduling
- Watch all site-related spend to ensure adherence to budget
- Develop sourcing strategies and interview, assess and recommend candidates for hire. Identify and utilize resources to source and refer qualified candidates to fill open positions.
- Help recruiters with performing background & reference checks and making verbal job offers to candidates for hire; accurately maintain employee files, assist with the onboarding documentation of new employees and ensure documents shared with non-local teams.
- Must have impeccable organizational skills, strong writing skills, communication and social abilities
- Must be flexible, able to think quickly and maintain composure under pressure. Must be able to work with minimal supervision and manage multiple assignments/tasks simultaneously
Knowledge, Skills, and Attributes
- Working knowledge of labor and employment laws, compliance, billing and invoicing, I-9, and E-Verify
- Maintain a sense of urgency and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills, computer savvy
- Foster relationships and act as an ambassador for the Company and industry
- Handle personnel issues with confidentiality and respect;
- Knowledge of current rules, laws and regulations related to human resource function;
- Capacity to work independently and in team settings with concentration on Company goals and objectives;
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and to multi-task;
- Sound decision-making and problem solving skills.
Work Environment and Physical Demands
- Professional office environment.
- This role routinely uses standard office equipment including, but not limited to, computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to engage in professional and interpersonal written and verbal communications with a wide variety of individuals including employees, customers, vendors, managers and others.
- In accordance with the requirements of a typical office work environment, the employee will be required to attend meetings in person and/or by phone/video conferencing, use keyboards, keypads, dial pads etc., Some overhead reaching, bending and twisting, as per usual office environment and functions.
- This position requires the ability to occasionally lift office products and supplies, up to 20 pounds.
Travel
- Travel is expected approximately 10% locally for this position.
Qualifications
- 3+ years working on a progressive customer service oriented capacity
