Title: Legal Recruiter
Location: Mission Valley, CA (In-Office Monday and Wednesdays)
Compensation: $65-75k (DOE) + Uncapped Commissions
GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION:

RESPONSIBILITIES & EXPECTATIONS:
- Own and drive the full-cycle recruitment process for attorneys, paralegals, and legal professionals across law firms and corporate legal departments
- Partner closely with clients to understand their hiring needs, deliver market insights, and provide consultative recruiting strategies
- Proactively source passive legal talent and build a pipeline of qualified candidates to meet market demand
- Guide candidates through the process with exceptional candidate experience — from initial contact through placement and beyond
- Conduct weekly quality checks with active placements to maintain strong client and candidate relationships
- Act as a market expert, providing clients with insights on salary trends, hiring best practices, and the competitive legal talent landscape
- Attend legal-related networking events throughout the San Diego area
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- 1+ years of Legal experience in a law firm or corporate legal department OR 1+ years of legal recruiting experience in an agency setting
- Experience working with and/or recruiting attorneys, paralegals, or other legal professionals
- Proven ability to manage client and/or candidate relationships
- Passion for providing white-glove service to both clients and candidates
It would be a huge plus if you had these:
- Legal experience in a law firm or corporate legal department
- Paralegal Certificate or Legal Studies Education
