POSITION TITLE: Professional Recruiter

LOCATION: San Diego, CA (Mission Valley, Mondays and Wednesdays in office)

COMPENSATION: $70,000 - 75,000

COMMISSIONS: Uncapped commissions on all sales, recruitment, and account management placements. You start earning commissions right away; There are no minimum production or draw expectations to earn commissions!

 

GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION:

Are you a sales-driven professional who thrives on building relationships, closing deals, and delivering results? We're looking for a motivated go-getter to join our team as a Full-Desk Recruiter. In this high-impact role, you'll own the full recruitment cycle and lead business development efforts, giving you full control over your clients, commissions, and career growth.  You’ll prospect and secure new clients, partner with decision-makers to craft hiring strategies, and match top talent with exciting opportunities across temporary, temp-to-hire, and direct-hire roles.

RESPONSIBILITIES & EXPECTATIONS:

  • Own and drive the full-cycle recruitment process for temporary, temp-to-hire, and direct-hire placements

  • Proactively prospect, develop, and expand client relationships by identifying new business opportunities within existing accounts and securing new clients

  • Conduct outbound sales calls and client outreach to generate new job orders and expand market presence

  • Partner with clients to understand hiring needs, provide market insights, and deliver strategic recruiting solutions

  • Source and engage passive and active candidates to build a strong talent pipeline

  • Provide white-glove service to clients and candidates, ensuring a seamless hiring experience

  • Conduct weekly quality checks with active placements to maintain strong relationships

  • Act as a market expert, advising clients on hiring trends, salary expectations, and competitive talent strategies

 

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  • 1+ years of Agency Recruitment Experience
  • Sales experience, including prospecting, cold calling, setting meetings, and managing client relationships.
  • Experience recruiting and successfully placing corporate business services type roles, including Accounting & Finance, Human Resources, Marketing, Sales, Account Management, Administrative, and similar positions.
