Sales Manager
LOCATION: Orange, Ca (Hybrid - Onsite Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays)
COMPENSATION: $80,000 - $90,000 annually + Commission
*Compensation in this range will be determined based on experience, skills, geographical location, and internal equity considerations.

GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION: Eastridge Workforce Solutions is seeking a Sales Manager. This role is ideal for a driven, consultative sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment and enjoys building new business relationships from the ground up.
This is a true hunter role focused on generating new client partnerships and expanding our industrial staffing presence throughout the Orange County market. The ideal candidate is highly motivated, strategic in their sales approach, and comfortable balancing high activity levels with relationship-focused business development.
You will be responsible for full-cycle B2B sales, including prospecting, discovery meetings, solution development, and closing new business opportunities. This role requires strong communication skills, curiosity, accountability, and the ability to develop long-term client relationships through both in-person and strategic outbound sales efforts.
RESPONSIBILITIES & EXPECTATIONS:
- Drive full-cycle B2B sales efforts from prospecting through close focused on industrial staffing and workforce solutions
- Develop and execute strategic outbound sales campaigns including cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn networking, referrals, industry events, and in-person prospecting
- Schedule and conduct qualified discovery meetings with prospective clients weekly
- Build consultative relationships with decision-makers
- Partner closely with recruiting teams to deliver customized staffing solutions aligned to client workforce needs
- Maintain strong sales activity levels and consistently meet or exceed KPIs and gross profit targets
- Utilize CRM systems, sequencing tools, and data-driven sales strategies to manage pipeline activity, forecasting, and prospect engagement
- Create strategic prospecting plans and targeted account lists to support market expansion efforts
- Represent Eastridge at networking events, community organizations, and industry associations
- Maintain accurate pipeline management and detailed activity tracking within CRM systems
- Consistently generate new client relationships and contribute to overall market growth
TRAVEL: Travel is expected approximately 30% locally for this position.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 3 years of staffing industry sales experience with demonstrated success in new business development
- Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales goals and revenue expectations
- Experience conducting face-to-face sales meetings and field-based prospecting
- Strong consultative sales approach with the ability to ask thoughtful questions, actively listen, and build long-term partnerships
- Comfortable operating in a highly activity-driven sales environment including cold calling and outbound prospecting
- Highly motivated, solutions-oriented, curious, and self-driven with an ownership mentality
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining urgency and professionalism
- Comfortable navigating tech tools like CRM, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn, and email marketing platforms
- Must reside locally within the Orange County market with reliable transportation for in-person meetings and prospecting
IT WOULD BE GREAT IF YOU HAD THESE:
- 5+ years of staffing or workforce solutions sales experience
- Industrial or light industrial staffing experience strongly preferred
- Experience selling temporary staffing, contract staffing, or workforce solutions
- Existing relationships within the Orange County business community
- Strong networking presence and involvement in local organizations or associations
- Experience leveraging data-driven sales strategies and account segmentation techniques
- Professional LinkedIn presence and strong personal brand within the staffing or sales community
